Alusión a la entropía, 2024
Oil pastels on canvas.
24 x 36 in.
Alusión a la Entropía (2025) is an abstract work that initially appears as a series of fragmented forms, yet together they create a figurative suggestion of the harmonious inevitability between order and disorder. The composition draws from the concept of entropy, the natural tendency of some systems to shift toward greater disorganization.
The work reflects this duality by allowing structured elements and chaotic gestures to coexist, generating a visually balanced whole. Despite their distance or tension, these forces merge into a single field that explores how natural processes oscillate between collapse and formation, inviting the viewer to consider the interplay between instability and intentional order.
